My experience was marred by the attitude of the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, I was met with an air of arrogance and a complete lack of helpfulness. It felt as though my basic questions were an inconvenience to them. Hospitality starts at the front desk, and unfortunately, this team member missed the mark entirely

I do not understand google reviews, let alone agoda. The place is depressing and old, yet rates excellent in agoda. Its far from it, cosidering the price even more so.

Room is ok. One of the most affordable in the city. There is no hot shower though. I probably won't be coming back. I need hot shower before bed. If you don't, this is a good choice for you. Also, my door lock is so difficult to lock and unlock. They serve food, but food panda is faster that the food they cook. Thay have parking space and the location is not within the busy district. Location is accessible Plenty of parking Room is good enough for sleeping, clean linens. Water pressure is low. Our room is not fully done. Electrical outlets did not have cover. The toilet did not have floor to ceiling door which was weird.

Good stop over from a long drive. Very hospitable staff. Only 3 stars because of the bed. It was hard and felt like I was sleeping in a pillar of wood. I was too tired to complain. The bathroom was also outdated with a broken seat on the toilet and the shower was weak due to a leak on the hose.

Checked in late but they still accommodate us. the room was so nice and clean and the price is very affordable. 10/10!
