We were traveling from Bicol to Manila and needed a place to rest, so we stayed at Urbantel. It’s pretty solid for its price. The water heater worked well, and the air-conditioning was fine, though a bit old. The service and staff were nice and accommodating.
Absolutely HORRIBLE front desk staff. Rude and disrespectful to foreigners and do not provide good customer service. This place is trash don't stay here!
Generally in between average to standard hotel, spacious rooms, toilet with balcony worth the price to stay which is also within the city proper and near the Quezon Provincial Capitol. Hoping that the water heater can be warmer. Recommended for short to weeklong stay solo, couple and family size.
