As the word says, its annex, detached from the main hotel, which is actually the one managing it ( Islands Hotel, accross the street ). No reception, security or room service. The free airport pick up appears to be a plus, but later knowing its a standard for all other hotels in Roxas. Location is way isolated, no transport like even at 7pm. Pros - cheap. P1,200 per night as of Apr 2024 - near Pueblo bus terminal which is the gateway to gigantes islands - shower heater works well Cons - dirty toilet - wifi not working - you need to check in and out on Islands Hotel across. Urban Manor and Islands hotel have the same owners - 15mins tricycle ride to Baybay/beach area

Dusche funktioniert nicht richtig. Nach zweimaligem Nachfragen kam ein Techniker, der das Problem jedoch nicht beheben konnte. Die Klimaanlage macht manchmal sehr laute Geräusche.
