Enjoyed the hotel. The included breakfast is nice but the price of the room does reflect this. Some older fixtures, unfortunately no ref in the room. Room upkeep was good with new towels and bedding as requested. All together decent and what I would expect from this price point.
I keep coming back to stay here because for me the location is convenient nearby McDonalds, Tuna Republik, and 7/11. It's only along the highway and not difficult to ride tricycle if no car. Room is so affordable, also clean and accommodating staff. The buffet breakfast is good with lots of choices.
Probably average for the Philippines: broken toilet seat; stuck window unable to be opened; no shower screen causing flooding; the worst thing was the room had been sprayed with a toxic insect spray which smelled awful.
Went to restaurant, been a few times food always good, sometimes feel that the prices are inconsistent....

A fantastic budget-friendly hotel! The standard rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with hot and cold showers and cable TV. And the best part? A complimentary buffet breakfast is included in the rate!
I stayed in one of the economy rooms (Mancave) of the hotel. Although I understand that it is an economy room, the hotel can still improve in terms of pest control. There were mosquitoes entering the room, and a tiny mouse got into my tote bag. Maybe the premium rooms are better in this regard.
If you are looking for a place to spend the night with, try this place. Price is very reasonable. Why worth your money? 1. Excellent customer service 2. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. 3. Rooms with smart TV, split type A/C. Hot and cold water. 4. Amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, bottled water, etc. Very well recommended place. 5 STARS for me.
