Highly recommend! The location is super convenient—walking distance to the Dumaguete Port, Rizal Boulevard, and Silliman University, with lots of great food spots nearby. It’s right beside the famous Jo's Chicken Inato, plus there’s a gym and 7/11 just across the street. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and cozy for its price. Definitely a great choice for anyone looking for a stay in Dumaguete!

We got their family room. Out Agoda booking says that there is a city view but we were told that all family rooms don't have a window. The smell from the toilet tend to get into the rest of the room. There's also no exhaust fan. The location is great though it's close to the pier, university and Rizal boulevard. For it's price, it's really okay.
Great value for money—only less than 2,000php for our family of 4. The room was spacious and had towels and toiletries (just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste). Loved the roof deck for a chill breakfast spot. Location is super convenient—50m from the boulevard and walking distance to the port to Siquijor. Lots of food options nearby. No water dispenser and only cable TV (no Netflix/YouTube), but staff were po…
Location-wise, it’s very strategic and convenient. Shops, restaurants, and pharmacies are all in one area. They have an elevator which is also very good. The only downside is the bathroom, it badly needs an upgrade; no shower, no bidet, and no pail and dipper provided. The grouting also needs a refresh. Everything works fine, the WiFi, Water pressure, and the staff.
Room is great with few things to improve like adding pail and dipper since they don’t have bidet in the bathroom. The aircon works fine, just needed to adjust its battery to control the temperature. Place is nicely situated nearby restaurants, convenience store, 24/7 gym and the boulevard. I would definitely recommend this.
Incredible location. Nice restaurants abound, some right next-door. The scenic Rizal baywalk is very close. The ferry terminal is also easily walkable, even with luggage. The rooms are B+. The staff were nice. Great value. Will be back. I would rate it 4.5, but if I have to choose between 4 and 5, I'll go ahead and give them the half point. Note: You have to post a 1000 PhP security deposit, which they will promptly…
I booked a matrimonial room (Room 201) for my vacation for 3 days, but I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was in poor condition: the walls had visible mold and various stains, there were numerous flies around the lavatory, and I even found two large cockroaches in the room. The only two pillows were extremely thin, uncomfortable, and felt quite old. Basic amenities were lacking—no complimentary toothbrus…
