The staff are prompt and accommodating. I always ask for hot water for my tea. Their flexibility in accepting checkin hours is great. The rooms and sheets are relatively clean. Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are clean. Linens are being changed. Aircon is a bit loud but you can get used to it after awhile. No problem with water supply. Super excellent..the staff are all very polite and friendly specially margerie Joyce and Jennie ( forget her real name) We been there twice already and we stay for several days and we are extremely satisfied and very happy..we feel at home and relax..there is also ample parking space...one time there is a brown out ( no electricity) in the area but in the Twin palace we don't have problem as they have huge generator…

Rating is not applicable on this one since it's barely a motel type...but its the courteous and respectful staff that really count... It's my 2nd time on this one and would certainly be back soon...
