We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, we did not receive the room we had paid for and booked in advance. The room was clean and well-maintained and the staff (Ms. Ann) was such a big help, she took care of our needs and helped us plan our trip throughout sagada. The place was nice, and the room was big enough to fit more people since it is equipped with 2 large sized bed that can accomodate 2 people per bed.
