Charge for check in early like less then 1 hour i didn't want to wait i cam from fat away no sleep so i pay extra for early check but like 1h before cheking time. The costumer service was no good for me. They make everything hard. So will never go back there hope not.

Great for short stays. Rooms are underground. No kitchen for short order meals so you just have to use foodpanda or grab app. They have at the front desk the instant cup noodles, bottled water and coffee. Only one water dispenser on the hallway.
