Just a budget Cebu business hotel. Does have a breakfast for purchase with room that you have to go out of your way to put the order in for every night for the next morning. It is served on the 5th floor... Not the greatest but if trying to stay budget friendly and/or someone else is paying for the room it is a good way to get a morning meal in. The first night we stayed we were in a room on the street front. Not good noise all night long. On our return for flight home we were in an interior room and the air conditioner would just completely shut off randomly. The room was VERY tiny for two beds. I was willing to put up with cramped space for quiet night but when the ac shuts off it's very noisy and no air movement.
