Great location near the airport (it's like five minutes by Grab). We had a small room without a window, but the air conditioner worked well. The place is conveniently located near the airport, close to Terminal 1 (domestic), and they offer free airport service. The staff were very accommodating and provided free breakfast. There is also a nice area where you can relax and chill. Hopefully, they will have an elevator in the future to make handling luggage easier.
