Trail Inn

We checked in because least expensive, and close to airport. Staff was friendly. In the room clean. Restroom had two big cockroaches and no running water.

Very close to the Airport. Facilities are good. The reason I put low score is that even during late hours (midnight and later) there’s people making a lot of noise in the lobby. Close to the airport but very bad experience. The staffers were very loud during the night (literally screaming) and were smoking cigarettes near our aircon, so our room smelled like cigarettes during our stay. We booked two rooms at this hotel, one room smelled very badly cigarettes somehow the aircon pumped cigarette smoke in the room and the room was dirty. Our room was moldy, dirty, brown bed sheets, ants everywhere and smelled like cigarettes as well. Yes, the hotel is nearby the airport but it is not possible that this hotel is rated 4,4. AVOID!

Nice accomodation, cheap and close ti the airport. Service is 10/10, they are really helpful and friendly with us. Thanks a lot!!!

Mixed dorm for one nite before flying. Room and bed were very adequate, clean and fresh with hot shower. Hostess Elma was friendly and helpful. Common area and breakfast was all good. Short walk to airport. No one is happy about the state of the short street up to the highway, but the facilities themselves are quite nice and fresh.

The trail inn is well located and well priced. Any complaint is a nitpick . We lost our last place due to miscommunication and the trail inn saved the day! I’d return with a smile. Lastly I saw a cat 🐈

This hotel changed owners after we had booked through Booking.com and they were not able to honor our reservation. With everything in the area being fully booked, Francel at the front desk took it upon herself to find us a local stay with transportation to the new place. With service like that I would book to stay here (directly on their website) on our next trip to Puerto Princesa.
