Townhouse Oak Grey Hotel Near Clark International Airport

stayed there last dec , we payed extra 100 i forgot what fee is that about. But we booked using agoda, in the app it wasn’t disclosed we need to pay an extra fee so just a heads up. The hotel doesn’t have elevator and the location isn’t that accessible especially when you like to go out late at night. Awful hotel! Very dirty, no one cleans there and you feel stinky mold everywhere. There was no water during my stay. Moreover, the staff is unfriendly and hard to communicate with. Last but not least, it's very noisy at night, constantly someone was loudly shutting the doors and I didn't feel safe there.
