Top V Hotel

Booked in with my wife was given a deluxe room at 2300 pesos nightly discounted price only to be told next day when I asked for cup of coffee that hotel does not supply there guests coffee/tea as per management cost cutting . Well managment has just lost 2 long term guests (I wonder how many tee bags/coffee) our visits would have paid for as we will never step foot in that hotel again.

Full of roaches. My spouse and I must of had and killed at least 8 roaches in our room. Also I would say just over all incompetent or maybe a better description is just unorganized. Breakfast was in styrofoam trays. So I think not cooked at the hotel. Not included in the room price. No towels were offered the second night or cleaning of any kind. The shower faucet did not work. Pros: Good Service Free Breakfast Tv with Cignal Box Cons: Dirty Room and Restroom (lots of cobwebs and spiders) Sheets and Towels could be cleaner No toilet seat Weak wifi signal If you have business in Narvacan, you're better off staying in Sta Maria or Santiago Cove. The place also gives off a creepy haunted mansion vibe (maybe because of the outdated furniture)

Good place to stay when in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. Clean rooms, good comfort room with hot and cold shower, with two swimming pools, function hall and parking lot. Tapa King and Flying V gasoline station outside.

Ok for a night or two.
