Please be very careful with this hotel. I find it as a scam. When I was about to checkout, usually there is a room checking before they can finally let you go. However, on my experience there is none. After almost on the half of our trip to Davao, they called that one of the towels were ripped but I'm sure to myself that I didn't do it. The room space is good. Cleanliness of the room is the problem. Not very neat. There are spots of dirt and dust below the bed and at the cr area. Okay for the hotel daily rate. Breakfast is good. Friendly staff
Stinky floor on cr and on room smelly bathroom, not worth the price
The hotel is ok but the problem that we've encountered are the wifi and parking space. Parking space is limited while the wifi is very slow.

Came here to relax in Tagum and found this really nice hotel. Very nice room for a nice price. Room was clean and it has offcourse an aircondition. Nice bathroom with warm water and a modern toilet. The breakfast was also good. So overall a really nice place to stay for a couple of days. Staff was very nice and did a good job.
