It's great when you check into this hotel because you can feel safe and the staff will treat you well.
We just had a 1 week seminar here and mostly the staff overall was not trained to do customer service no greetings no warm welcome. And particularly the lady whose I think a manager or a supervisor never had I seen her smile even just a glimpse of smile, I think she's in the wrong industry, she's not happy to be there. What happened to the hospitality? Basic customer service, warm welcome, Smile. A simple smile woul…
We arrived in Dumaguete at 2am without a place to stay. We were able to get a room at Tip Top. Price was 1,200 pesos (cheaper than listed on any of the hotel apps). Bed was clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly, shower has hot water, free breakfast, and the location is nice. Our room was kind of small and the elevator didn't work but I am still giving it 5 stars. We were extremely happy with our experience.…
It was my first time in Dumaguete and I prefer to choose this hotel because it is near to branch I had visited. Overall the hotel have all I need and with free breakfast. I give 4 stars it's because of air-conditioning unit that doesn't cool to my prefered temperature, maybe because it was too hot during summer that is why I didn't complain. Thank you guard for letting me in it was 4am the time I arrived.
Location is okay. Walking distance to Robinsins Mall. Service is okay. Attentive staffs. Rooms are okay though not all. On our 2nd stay, they gave us room thay has a bad aircon unit and we can't change room since it was weekend and they're fully booked.

We brought our pet along so we asked first if she was allowed. But the staffs attitude changed and became very rude, talking to us informally. The guard joined in the conversation and suggested to leave her(our dog) outside because it w…
