Came here for a seminar training. I am a Muslim and during noon prayer time I asked if they have a room for me to pray and the receptionist kindly offered me one. Thank you for this. Will definitely come back with my husband.
This place is a bit strange. The bar area, event space, and the pool area are pretty great. Other than the pool area could use some updated umbrellas, but the rooms are an absolute disaster. It’s like they are 20 years old and haven’t had any sort of updates. It just doesn’t match. Good location. 15 minute walk from SM and the other malls. It’s just so weird that they would have such nice areas for the bar/restauran…
The staff have bad attitudes, it's not our fault that there is no extra card keys and the staff shows attitude? What's the purpose of being a staff if the way he/she treats is rude. If the staff is tired of working he/she should just quit. It's not a good impression to show that yapping to a client about just opening the door.
Place is quite old, but price is reasonable. No hot water in the bathroom which made me give four rather than five stars. Airconditioning is only average, had better cooling in other hotels. Staff were friendly and greets us whenever they see us. Thank you!
