The room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping does the ironing of clothes for reasonable fees. However, we encountered issue with wi fi, not stable.
The VIP hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The buffet food offers a good variety and tastes excellent. Most notably, the service is outstanding, staff are attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a very pleasant and satisfying stay.
I have a good time during my stay in the VIP Hotel. Great service from the receptionists and other employees. A family-friendly Hotel in the heart of the city. By the way it was during our National Accreditation for Technical Officials for the upcoming Palarong Pambansa.
