The Terraces by Legazia (formerly Villa Sylvia Mountain Legazia)

Bad service, arrogant and inattentive. Floor is very slippery they didn't even warn us. It took them a while before thinking to wipe the floor. Area isn't very senior friendly as the cottages are very far from the restrooms. The restrooms doesn't look pleasing or clean. The staff aren't very friendly and quite hard to approach specially if you are shy. At least the location is easy to locate and stuff.

nice and accommodating staff. got the chance to have a morning chat with the owner and she's very accommodating. nice place to relax with nature. clean, cool pools. there's a nearby brook where they get the fresh water. the spring water is cool and clear. if you have time, the nagcarlan underground cemetery is nearby.

It has a calm atmosphere great for family gatherings. The slide is safe despite how it looks, the pool is deep enough so you don't hit the bottom. Since the place is on a hill, you have to use stairs to get to everywhere. The stairs can be quite hard to use since they are irregular in height. The moss also makes it slippery when it rains. otherwise it's a nice place.

Rooms that we’ve got is the non air conditioned, it is cold at night even 1 fan is enough for the whole room. Service was okay, no available stores near in the area around 9-10pm, make sure you’ve got all your food and resources once 12 midnight, as they closing the gate and local police are strict on curfew. Features: pool slide around 40ft, there’s a batis near the slide area

Great place to hangout. They have pool and running water (river). Safe place for kids as well because the lifeguards are just around the corner. Probably will go back again ☺

Room far from the swimming pools, services is not available once you enter you can do anything, aside of the rules they posted elsewhere na mga bawal Gawin. Location fresh and real vacation spot cold water from mountain.

Great place for families and friends to enjoy together. Slides, several pools, and videoke machines were some of the things to do. Just come early because of limited parking. overall, its a Yes for me. 😁

The slide is terrific to long and so high. The water here is cold. Running water from swimming pool and batis. Perfect for Family bonding or barkada getaway plus the entrance is very affordable.
