Hotel is clean and has an overall sleek design. Bed harder than usual and air conditioner is manually controlled from up high. My low score is really for the massage. Highly recommend to avoid this outsourced service. Masseuse was a liar- told me for 2000 she would give a massage for two hours, then said 2.5 hours, but only gave me one hour. The staffs were kind and courteous and provided friendly service. Unfortunately they were not able to address our concern about the hot water. The smoking area was also close to our rooms and you can smell it when you are taking a bath in the pool. The rooms were clean though but some of the appliances were old like the refrigerator and aircon. The pool was warm and was enjoyable.

2nd time, bad expirience, we went swimming in their pool, few days later we all had pimple like skin problems in the face more on the scalp area. Pool is dirty,only parasites and bad bacterias or germs may have caused the pimples in the head, my 5 year old had a big pimple on the nose, my 8 year old inside the ear. So be aware of the pools this summer.

Visiting Christmas Village so we decided to stay here. 4,200 rate for weekdays.. looks new pa but a lil bit pricey. Inclusive of breakfast.. a typical studio unit good for a family of 3-4. Bed is ok. Off lang was the charge for extra bath towel hahahaha dapat 4 towels available for the room since 2-4pax capacity right? 100 pesos charge for it... 🤣🤣 pati rin extra blanket hehee.. OK un scent infairness.

Had a fun and relaxing stay here. Pool is good. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were spacious. There were just a lot of mosquitos in the premises. It would be better if management would fix this issue regarding mosquitos.

Kind staff and accommodation, tidy and clean room. And pool are warm and clean... Its quiet in the place
