We really like this place. Booking via a platform to get a good deal (not at the counter) It's not the newest place, for the Philippines, an upperclass 3 star. Spacious, clean, comfortable and a nice bathtub. (Plug / stopper available on request)
Stayed a night at Royal Mandaya Hotel. Room was very old spotted cracked walls. Furnitures were very old but bed was comfortable. Dead cockroach found on fridge. During my stay Wifi was under maintenance so got to use my mobile data.
