The Purple Tree Hostel

Very bad experience. Impossible to sleep. The window panes are too thin and it feels like you're standing in the middle of the street, even though I was on the seventh floor. There are no mirrors in the bathroom or the room. Plus, the room was full of cockroaches. The only positive thing is that the staff is friendly and helpful.

The place is unsecured and not safe from thieves. My things got stolen, some of my cash was lost in the lockers. The management did not do anything at all. I had a bad experience in this hostel. Not recommended. Beware of thieves. 🤬🤬🤬

It's a good location for the park if you wanna visit the park around this area. You can walk to 7-11, restaurants or Star bucks very easy. There's no parking area. If you are renting a scooter for riding around. You have to pay 50 PHP / day. The bed pretty comfortable but right after you check in. Rooms were pretty bare minimum, missing lights with exposed wiring. Was spacious, had A/C, bathroom was clean, a TV. Not much else to speak of. They did have a place to hold luggage as I needed to go to the US embassy. Location was good since it's literally a 10 minute walk to the embassy. I stay in purple hostel for more than a week, Room is nice with locker the staff are very accomodating specially the reception “kuya marky” and housekeeping “Kuya mark” super satisfied sa service niyo. Highly Recomended ! Affordable and near training center
