It's literally beside our client. The place is clean, spacious and super affordable. We met the owner. He's super nice! Just note that this hotel doesn't serve breakfast, so if you're on a tight budget, search for affordable food places first. The WiFi is strong. They have water dispensers.
We had an overnight stay here and occupied 4 rooms. The owner and staff were really friendly and helpful. We had plated breakfast, it was sufficient for us, and coffee was surprisingly very good. The rooms were clean, nice warm shower, comfortable mattress, however, the place is now dated and tired-looking, some with broken digital locks. Anyway, our stay was restful.
Stayed for one night in a basic room and that's all you really get. We did have an issue where the balcony sliding door did not close all the way, and continuously let the hot, humid air in. When we took a shower the water didn't even get past cool. As for breakfast you don't have a choice. They wrap a plate of fish, poached egg, rice and tomatoes and serve that to you. Rooms are well-maintained. Heater works fine. Hotel is 10 minutes away by tricycle from the airport. A 2-single bed room or a single king-size bed room is only P1,800 including buffet breakfast. Cable TV is digital.
