Great staff Staring from reception till check out. Courteous, diligent, extremely attentive to your needs. Have checked in twice to this place and wouldn't really hesitate in recommending this place.

One of the worst of the worst of the worst hotels in Balanga City. Period. The towels and beddings are old and has holes in it. It has that stock or old smell. Water heater doesn't work. The television doesn't work properly. The staff are outrageously rude. The foods is bad. The overall experience is a nightmare. If you plan to book a hotel in Bataan, please, stay away from this hotel at all cost. It's very expensiv…

Do not stay here. Not a single tissue or toiletries roll in the room. The bathroom during the night. No one anaweres the house phone. The lifts are tempremental. No designated car parking. No bar. The only good point is it’s location. A hotel which could be great; but is sadly neglected.

noticed signs of mold, issues with sanitation, and problems with the air-conditioning system not functioning properly. As someone with health sensitivities, this made me feel unsafe during my stay. I hope management can address these maintenance and cleanliness concerns urgently. Guests who are sensitive to mold or air quality, i do not recommend booking here

Friendly staff food is great the tapa is to die for 😀 . Remarkable viewing of the church and plaza from the rooftop of the hotel .

I can't fault the hotel, it's fantastic. Only problem was the church across the town square ringing the church bells at 5am. Other than that it's absolutely brilliant.
