The room had a strong old and moldy smell. We requested to transfer rooms, and although the new room seemed fine at first, when we returned later, it also had a noticeable moldy odor and did not appear to be cleaned properly. Apparently newly built hotel, entrance through a suspect looking carport tower, 3floors up to entrance deck, no lift for pedestrians. Quite central but walking around is along very busy roads with narrow sidewalks. It was holiday season so taxi was hard to get. Room smelt of mold but hotel had a dryer in the room already. No view. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a smart TV, which was a nice touch. The hotel also offers a buffet, which added extra value to the stay. Overall, the room and facilities were excellent. The only downside was the location, which was not very convenient. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable.

not coming back. this hotel is a waste of money. - no access to main road. even taxi/grab drivers are not familiar with the place as it looks very suspicious. lobby is at the 3F so you’ll have to use the stairs going up and down the hotel if you didn’t bring your car. stairs were very unclean as if you’re at an abandoned building. - unconsumed food were served on the next day’s breakfast buffet. we stayed for 5 days…
Overall a good stay. A portion was still under construction so I think it would be challenging for guests with no cars of their own as the only way to access the lobby is thru 3 levels of ramp. The room was nicely sized, seemed like it was newly renovated, and it was comfy. There's a smart tv and although there was no ac, it was still airy.
