Stayed there for four nights and was totally disappointed. The hotel, Pinnacle Hotel and Suites, is very old and poorly maintained. The room felt eerie, and the linens were worn out and no longer white. For the price, you can definitely find a cheaper and much better hotel in Davao.

I came here for my anniversary and when we got here they tried to give us two beds when we paid for king bed then they wanted to up charge us for the king bed that we paid for it. When I stayed there, the front door's double lock was not working so I had to ask for the staff's assistance. They moved me to the next room, but later on I noticed the foul smell coming from the bathroom even after I left the bathroom door closed. I did not request to be transfered again as I just wanted to rest that night. Wifi was very slow, and the TV channels are very limited.
Great affordable premium rooms, great staffs, GREAT FOOD 101%. This was a very relaxing stay here in my hometowm Davao City, im based in CDO now but if im here in Davao, i will definitely stay here.
