Had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here! The place is quiet, private, and spotless. Complete cooking utensils. Soft, fragrant towels and bed linens, and the bathroom was sanitized and clean. Very affordable! Plus, e-bikes are available on the highway, or you can walk 5 mins to get around. Highly recommend booking your stay here! Accessible.
The listing mentioned that a microwave was available, but we couldn’t find one. The refrigerator was also not functioning properly, it wasn’t able to cool even a glass of water. Nice and clean for the most part. The space is just right for a small family or a group of friends/colleagues needing a place in San Fernando. The bedrooms and amenities are as would be expected for the price, although a number of the rooms seemed to have their own individual issues while we were there. Rooms are ok. Space is a bit limited. The most uncomfortable about the stay is that the unit and the swimming pool is directly in front of another Pad unit. So privacy is not that secured since the place is also the same pass thru by other guests. Cleanliness can be improved too.
The Tiny Pad II that we rented was a bit weird. It had several posts in the structure for such a small pad. Then the stairs to the loft was so steep and narrow. And it had no vertical or horizontal bars aside from the handrail. It's very dangerous for kids and senior people. It was a great experience in this private villa. Very accommodating staff and owner. Clean room, pool, comfort room, and sala. Highly recommended. We have so much fun!
