The room I am in is very spacious and pretty clean the bathroom is nice and the service is nice the problem I have is there are 0 mcdonalds nearby the nearest is 40 minutes away and the ac breaks down every 10 minutes so they had to give us 2 electric fans there. Rooms are big and spacious. Service and food are so delicious thanks to Chef James Aquino for preparing our food. The staff is so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained. The only suggestion that i have is to change the lights to a brighter one or change the paint
My room is located on the 3rd floor and they do not have an elevator so you have to ask for assistance if you're carrying a large luggage. As for the room, it looks great, although it would have been nice if they had 2 pillows on the bed. We had a very nice experience staying here and quite affordable. Room and bathroom are clean. No lift available so we were bit unfortunate to be at the higher floor. We just need to have our dinner at the opposite side of the hotel just to feel the area.

No elevator, cold airconditioned room, available rooms with breakfast meals, nearby drug store and eateries, and beside 7 eleven. In house coffee could be better by giving brewed coffee as option.
