Ah-okay in terms of service. Nothing worth mentioning, but nothing particularly bad either. Everyone was just polite and accommodating, which is something to be expected from any hotel staff. The room was a little cramped. We paid for an extra bed, but we were given a cushion that wouldn't even fit between the other beds. And yeah - it was on the floor! The other amenities were fine. The gym looked quite modern, and…

I have consistently visited Cauayan almost annually and stayed at various nearby hotels, including a four-star establishment. However, my most memorable experience was at Hotel Andrea with my toddler. We reserved a room from January 5th to January 17th. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and friendliness, readily assisting with luggage and elevator access. The semi-suite room was spacious enoug…

Experienced a very inconvenient service. - not good room space - extra bed costs a lot to just be lying on the floor (foam was just leaned on the dresser, we had to arrange it ourselves) - had to change units because the water heater is dysfunctional to room 312 - we called for a cart to aide us in our luggages and waited for around 15 mins or so but to no avail. so we just carry the luggages ourselves as no hotel s…

We had a very pleasant stay last 03 Sep - 8 Sep 2025. The staff are amazing! Ricx, Jayvee, Alvin, Aila, and the other lady at the reception were so nice and accommodating. Our kid lost her ipad few days before we leave, we asked for cctv footages which they provided the next day. Days after we checked out, we received a call that they found the ipad somewhere in the lobby area. We arranged collection and got the dev…

Room and bathroom too small for philippine standards. Even lavatory was small. Water pressure was also not up to standards. Bed was nice and firm. But pillows are too firm. Blanket too warm. It was hard to get a good combination between the cold aircon and very warm blanket. Above observations are small things and are Not deal breakers. But if you add them altogether 🤔

Why naman ganon. Just when you're about to sleep. You can hear the water draining through the pipes. Like you can tell someone is using the bathroom right above your room. 😫😫 You should have fix routes of your sanitary lines.
