It would have been a better stay had they not checked the room (checkout) while we were in it. They counted the towels in front of us. We paid for Henri room. The way the checkout was done was tacky and it seemed like they were looking for a thief.

Paid a premium for this property over others due to the beautiful views displayed online. Called the property to confirm which room had the best view of Lake Taal. I paid an extra 4500PHP for this premium room. They did not advise me the view would be almost entirely obstructed. I was invited for a dinner with R&R activity in this hotel. I did a research first before going so I anticipated the uneven trail to the parking. But it was not the problem I encountered but the traffic in Aguinaldo Highway due to road repairs and even heavy traffic still inside the narrow and uphill streets of Silang. Nice view, comfortable bed, and large room. The poor quality of customer service is the sole issue. Breakfast was delivered later than expected, and when I followed up, the receptionist didn't pick up the phone.

Perfect for a cozy and scenic getaway. Love the Vincent and Klimt rooms, can't wait to check out the other rooms in my next stays. Swimming pool is accessible and private. Would definitely recommend for family/friends.

I LOVED IT SO MUCH! The hotelier is really nice (and dreamy), even though he can hardly see, but that’s ok!!! The hotel is super fancy and clean, the food is delicious, and the events they hold are awesome! I also learned how to play chess with the hotelier’s adopted children!

We travelled unplanned with no reservations at all... Recommended talaga for others, they also have free breakfast and it's from the pancake house... Took photos in every corner of the room that can get into. The view of the volcano too ☺️☺️ we stayed at the room wassily...
