I really appreciate the front desk team, manager, and room service staff for accommodating my family despite our incorrect booking date. Hotel is new and very modern, as apparent with their smart toilet. The AC were very cold, everything was clean and functioning as it should. The only downside is the location is rather far from Clark's center of activities, so you'll need a car to move around and that some instructions are in korean ( like the toilet, which you will need some time to decipher).
