Electricity was out for the most part of our 3D2N stay 😂 it made us feel unsafe and we were unable to do so many things as planned. It is also unbelievable for a resort to run out of water supply. We were looking to relax over the weekend but even a refund could not compensate for the stress! No business continuity plan on the part of the hosts! Never again! 👎🏻
This was an absolute nightmare of a staycation and a complete waste of money. The villa had no backup power when electricity went out, and when it finally came back, the bedrooms still had no lights—unsafe and unacceptable.
