Checked in & walked out within 15 minutes. The place is honestly disgusting & completely uninhabitable. Bathroom fixtures are corroded & covered in buildup, shower head clogged, sink looked like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages. It genuinely felt like nothing had been properly cleaned in months. This was a great find! We loved the view and the location. It’s close to everything, yet it was quiet and relaxing during our stay. We really just stayed in so it was great that we could order food in-room (we loved dining with this view). The location is great. Room views are amazing, however it is poorly maintained. They needed a deep cleaning of their glass so you can enjoy the view. Highly recommended! Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, and the view is just unbeatable. Our room overlooking Taal Lake was absolutely breathtaking. The complimentary breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay—such a great way to start the day. We came for the view—and it did not disappoint.

Our experience at this property was extremely negative. The difference between the photos in the listing and the reality is enormous. The accommodation was neglected, old, dirty, and in very poor condition from the entrance of the property all the way to the room itself. This is the best place to stay in Tagatay with the best views of Taal Lake. I recently stayed at Taal Vista Hotel and Escala Hotel.
