The Aurora Subic Hotel

We stayed in this hotel for a few days as it was the venue for our wedding reception. Food is great, the breakfast and the restaurant crew was awesome so if you prioritize that in a hotel stay, we have no complains there. The rooms are clean and room service was good. Had a leak coming from my room to the one downstairs, was forced to move rooms. Not a huge issue. New room felt like it was rushed to be cleaned. Floor was disgusting. After 12:00, dropping off laundry means they hold your clothes for 30+ hours. Terrible service. Every time I ask for service to come to my room it takes at least 30 minutes.

Rooms are modern and clean, with a fresh, well kept feel throughout. The layout is comfortable and functional, making it easy to relax after a day out in Subic. Aurora Suites is generous with room space and tables and chairs. There’s ample room for the three of us in a deluxe room. We always bring our own toiletries but we decided to try the hotel supply as it was from Woodbury & Co. Our stay can becrated mostlly on the plus side except for my one complaint. Nice hotel room with a good view. Downside is they have a TV that is useless. TV only have cable which is useless now. No netflix or youtube. What does the management expect to do when guest are in their room? Just sleep? LOL good if guest will just stay in the hotel for sleeping or working but may find the room boring since there is no form of entertainment.

1st night at this hotel and the service is far from okay... I have booked for 3 rooms expecting for best experience for my family. But we received a kind of odd service.
