Good value for money as the room has complete appliances and there are various amenities that are well maintained. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights and it was good for big group/family. The Alpha Suites offers excellent value for money with its fantastic rooms, great location, and outstanding service. It is hard to find another hotel of this quality at such an affordable price. We especially appreciate Jana at the reception for being so helpful and welcoming to our family.
I had to sit down before writing this because I genuinely don’t even know where to start. For a hotel pricing itself around ₱10,000 a night, I had high expectations. Can you blame me? The room was nice, but for the price we paid, it lacked basic amenities: There was only one towel—that’s it. The room isn’t as big as it looks in the photos. The shower wasn’t clean (yeah, it was dirty). Some staff were attentive, while others completely ignored you. Given the price I paid versus the quality of service, I don’t recommend it. I’d rather go somewhere else where the service is better for a lower price.
Swimming pool area is nice, with a lifeguard, there is a bar and restaurant near the pool. You have to buy food from the bar you cannot bring outside food. Just a few small things that could be improved. There was no hand towel in the washroom, and the cabinets were a bit dusty. We requested a baby cot, but we had to follow up after an hour as it seemed they had forgotten about it. The location was great, and the breakfast was good.
