We've been here last March 8th, 2026 and our stay is really great. Good service, quality rooms many can stay and sleep over even towels are provided. Pool is clean and all you need for kitchen equipment were all there. Literally you can just bring yourself and food and you're good to go. Recommended 💯
The sink is clogged, and we had to use a drum to dispose of the water. The tiles are very slippery that type of tiling is not recommended for pool areas. Additionally, the toilets are poorly maintained, and the videoke machine works intermittently, you’re better off bringing your own speaker and mic. I wouldn't recommend this place for celebrations. Even the pool has excessive chlorine, which irritated the kids eyes…
Overall, the place is very nice although there are few flaws but its ok.... We got the biggest area, for 30pax the Haven... the a/c's in all the rooms are new, rooms are ok, staff is ok, and we really had a nice stay here. Will recommend to my relatives and friends

We got the Bliss Tanawan Haven. Rooms are okay inside the house. But the room outside is not clean. Living room is not centralized so they do have lots of electric fan but one is not working properly. the toilets are not clean, have faulty flushes, water smells not clean, so I didn’t bother to take a shower. The place is spacious and clean. Perfect for instagrammable photos. Rooms are big and there are lots of toilets and baths so multiple guests can shower at the same time. They also provide cookwares and eating utensils so no need to bring any disposable plates and utensils. The only downside is the noise curfew at 10PM but all in all this is highly recommended.
