What I loved most about this apartelle is its location. It is just one ride away from downtown and both the North and South terminals. The highway is visible as soon as you step outside the property , and Primark Mall and the local market (talipapa) are within walking distance. With its cheap price, you can say this accommodation is budget friendly for travelers who are tight on budget. During my stay, I encountered LET exam takers who stayed. Security wise, door can be locked but no additional lock. Windows are also open and could be a possible entrance of a small kid. I have valuables and always out thus I am worried of my things.
The rooms and maintenance needs TLC. The pictures were probably when they opened but currently the facility has gone uncared for properly. This significantly dilutes the level of service that the staff was quite good. I hope the owner gets a company that knows how to properly maintain the property.
Worst penthouse I’ve ever stayed in. I booked the penthouse for 7 people four days before check-in, but when we arrived, they didn’t prepare enough bedding, blankets, or towels. There were cockroaches and ants everywhere. The toilet flush and water heater were not working. Customer service was terrible—there was no phone to contact the reception. We couldn’t even find where the Wi-Fi password was posted. The towels…
Web site misleading. Ants in the room. No remote for the TV. Web site shows a sitting area a kitchen room has none of those. Do not stay here. The worse hotel I ever stayed in. Room is dirty not clean. Don't believe the other reviews. TV doesn't work picture is snowy. The mangers don't care.
The place is okay. Can accommodate at least 5 people. 3 bedrooms in the 2nd floor and only 1 comfort room in the ground floor. They have a veranda where you can also stay to have some air. The house is located near downtown area in a residential area. Nearest mall is Metro Gaisano.
Not the best one to stay in Tacloban, but a good option for affordability if you’re a big group. The room is not that clean though, and the vibe is not giving.
