Takara Hotel is okay. Their rooms are clean, but we were disappointed with some of the staff. Good location if you have a car (very near SLEX), but quite challenging if you will commute. Food is good, service is nice. Will probably come back for the cake!

Takara Hotel is an excellent choice for events and gatherings. The location is perfect, making it convenient for guests. The food is outstanding, with authentic Japanese cuisine that truly impresses. Staff are warm and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, it’s worth every peso — a place where quality meets value.

Weird location. Overly eclectic mix of decor and furnishings. Would need to have a cohesive theme for a Japanese sounding name. You will have a headache figuring out the essence of its ambience. There is definitely a lot going on. On another important note, the food is great. The service is friendly and efficient. Generally clean especially in the restrooms.

Poor customer service. Planning to book this hotel for preparation venue for wedding due to its proximity in our home, church and reception venue but they're so hard to reach. I've waited for their package for 3 months, pero simple queries they can't even respond properly. I stayed here twice, once in 2022 and now in 2024. It was a little bit ok back in 2022, but still filthy. They do not clean their room well. No remote for AC. The glasses for drinking were filthy, backsplash all over the mirror in the bathroom. THE SHOWER WATER SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE!!!! Charging you for a comforter like a cheap motel, but cheap motel probably wont. Expensive price php3600 to be given 1 thin blanket lol…
