I got a room on the ground level. WiFi was working great! There are no toiletries, water bottles, hot pot or coffee maker provided. There is a mini refrigerator though. Hot water was working. the rudest desk guy ever. i asked him to give us the key while he enters our data on his system because the foyer here was 50degrees and we didnt want to waste our time. his reply was that as it is 2 minutes to 2 pm so if we want to check in early we have to pay extra 500php for 2 minutes early. We planned to check in for 6 days and 5 nights (August 27 - Sept 1) at this accommodation but we checked out abruptly because of some issues we encountered. One, on the first room we occupied, we had it cleaned on the 29th so that all the sand on the floor can be removed because every time we step on the floor it feels like we are already outside by the beach with all the sand in the room. Worst experience! No hot shower. No security guard, No frontdesk, No room service, you will be on your own. No complementary water, thier water dispenser is for thier staff only , no toiletries. No water kettle, cup or utensil. Poorly lighted areas. No Genset during power failures. Uncomfortable bed. Rude staff.

First of all the room that the gave us was not in the main structure closer to the beach but was a little further, even if the distance was not that great, the transparency is what bothered us.
