Bare-bones rooms in a budget hotel offering complimentary breakfast, a hot tub & a gym.
The room had a noticeable musty smell, which made the space feel poorly ventilated. The bathroom was also not properly maintained. It was dirty and the toilet did not have a toilet seat, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the air conditioning unit appeared poorly maintained. We chose to stay at Tagaytay Haven because the photos on Google looked nice and the reception area was also pleasant, so we expected a good experience. Unfortunately, when we got to the standard room, it did not feel worth the price. There was no aircon remote in the room, and the aircon itself had no buttons, so we had no way to turn it on or control it. The telephone in the room was also not working, so we couldn’…
The room is spacious and quite clean, also the hotel staff are very accommodating. Good location since it's near to the main highway and other restaurants. Only concern is the parking space which is limited, but in all, our stay is good. I would recommend this hotel to stay.
They didn't provide us bath towel during our 1 night stay, they say the laundry wasn't delivered yet. The door of the CR don't have a lock. The room is still good for it price.
