Taal Imperial Resort and Hotel

Staff is accomodating, but the whole compound is not well maintained. There was an issue with security, our room door could be opened even though it was locked. Fortunately, we were the only ones on who were on the compound but could be an issue if there are other people there. There is a bidet on the restroom at least, so it's a plus. The rooms and restrooms are clean, spacious and very nice. But the pools are dirty. The water is white. Not clear but white. You can't see the bottom of the pool. We tried the pool and after few minutes our feet were itchy.
