Rooms are okay given the fact that it's affordable. What seemed to be not okay is the water they used to have in this building. Some staff said it's coming from a deep well, there's nothing wrong with that but I suggest they might as well build a filtration tank before they release it for consumption. A decent and affordable place for those who want transient stay/stranded passengers of Surigao city. Room is a bit dusty. They have fast wifi. You have to manage your expectations for a cheap inn. Room has hot shower but mine was a broken one. Poor mobile signal inside room. No nearby restaurants. There is a convenience store 100m from the place.
Accommodating receptionist and housekeeping. Rooms are clean with air-conditioning and television. Wifi connection is average. Budget friendly. Worth the price. Overall it was a good stay for 2 weeks.
