Enjoyed our stay here. Room was big and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean to my low standards and everything worked and was quiet. Stayed in 408 so maybe the room number makes a difference compared to other reviewers? Really enjoyed the breakfast. Was there right at 6am and everything was ready which was a surprise to me. Tiny pancakes were delicious and scrambled eggs were made to order.
Thank you to the lovely and welcoming staff here, we had to book a last minute night as we missed our connecting ferry. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, we both slept super well. My only critique is that the breakfast buffet should have more fruit/veggie options, other than that everything was perfect!
Rooms outdated but it is okay. The front desk is like a Marriott Sheraton style almost a 5 star hotel concierge. We arrived at night and front desk clerk was amazing. The parking was not spacious but just leave your key at the front desk and they will take care of it.
Spacious rooms and close to sea port comfy bed excellent hot water pressure and cold AC Fast wifi all rooms are been refurbished and indoor parking with elevator.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. It was extremely clean, and I would especially like to highlight the staff. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. It was a truly wonderful stay.
My pork dish (cordon bleu) was overcooked on the outside, and not cooked on the inside. My processed fries were saturated fat - not nice. The food voverpriced. And the manager/owner screaming repeatedly at an employee off the restaurant was very unpleasant to hear. The room, however, was very nice.
