rooms were spacious, other than that it was pricey and worst infested with red ants which spoilt my whole trip, red ants were observed to be found near the wooden floor/planks not covered by the dirty stained smelly carpet, which unfortunately found their way to my open lugguage, never did i have this experience in such a hotel, not to say i was bitten obviously, never be back again! room looked new but surely needs…
One of the best place in Lipa! Love to swim in the pool. Room is simple yet very clean and organized. Highly recommended!

Location is good near city proper 2-3mins to Robinsons Lipa. May malalapit na convenience store. Room rates are affordable. We enjoyed our stay here. Minor issues lang sa room. May dining table pero iisa lang yung chair. Kahit good for 2pax yung room. May electric kettle pero no cup available. Walang masyadong gumagamit ng pool kaya na enjoy namen. Perfect for relaxation.
