We loved the beach and the pool and the view from it but there could be improvements on some areas like their delux rooms on the 2nd floor, we were suppose to eat on the balcony but there were lots of cat poop, feces etc on the roof facing the balcony so it ruins the whole view and it has a smell. weird that they dont have a service phone so we had to go up and down to get room service

Booked here month in advance specifically asked for a room near restaurant because we will be with an elderly. She has difficulty getting around. When we got there, the room they gave us was the farthest from the restaurant and pool area. The shower has black molds on the floor. All appliances seems older than me. The mini ref is leaking no mater how hard i close it, all the appliances are damm too noisy at night most especially the air conditioner. There's only 1 bottle or water provided, no coffee, no electric kettle. Outside food is prohibited and dine in foods are over priced. We paid 3800 for a disappointment.
