JAPAN room is okay but there so much to improve inside the room. 1. You have to move the mini refrigerator near to power outlet. Also ref is not clean 2. Great quaint clean rooms! Awesome staff friendly and professional!!! Perfect for overnight stays!!! Safe!!!

Service is great. Street facing rooms are not anechoic, noise from the street will bother you. No elevators as well.

I walked in and booked for a one night stay at Sunny Day Residences. I was offered a 22 hour stay in a one bedroom unit (Laoag) but they told me I needed to leave early because there was a reservation already. Which means I am only staying 18 hours instead of 22 hours that I was charged for. The room was located at 4th floor of the building. The building did not have a lift. The size of the room was big. Cozy place with clean sheets. I did spot some small cockroaches, so don't leave any food for them to smell. A/c, shower heater works. But probably the best part of our stay here was the food! Breakfast, room service were all very good. All in all, a good place to stay when you have business in the area.

We only eat to this place Their restaurant is cozy and servers are friendly. They cook delicious food especially the chicken wings with garlic and parmesan, lumpiang shanghai and pancit canton but there are times availability of food favorites are out of stock.
