I booked two Superior King rooms (501 and 502) for our overnight stay at Summit Ridge Tagaytay. While check-in was fast, we encountered several issues in both rooms that affected our experience. 1. Gosh, this hotel is extremely disappointing. I’m only here for two nights and already feel compelled to leave a bad review. How this is considered a 4-star property is beyond ridiculous. 1.
