We had a nice and peaceful stay at Sukhavati Inn. The place is cozy, quiet, and perfect for relaxing in Baguio. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Car parking is first come first serve and it is limited so if you dont want hassle dont bring your car.. The employees are very helpful hence giving them 5 star. The cleanliness is is 1/5, we have seen cockroaches, the linen smells off, the shared bathroom and comfort room are not maintained, good thing they have abundant water. This place is recommended for quick stay backpacker but not for vacay.
I do not recommend this place. Especially if you are checking in with kids. Beds are not comfortable to sleep with. Too much mosquitoes in the room. Front desk Staff are not welcoming and very inconsiderate.

Staff are very accommodating, free water, free to used utensils. The location is very center to all tourist spot here in Baguio. The rooms are very clean and refreshing.
The basement room good for 8 pax. No vents and the room smells like wet laundry. The beds looks clean but because no room vents, were a perfect place for mites. We found this place on the internet, decided to give it a try, and it quickly became one of our favorite resting spots. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was always comfortable and clean. Additionally, the location is convenient, as it is near the main road and famous tourist spots in Baguio City. We will definitely come back again.
