Polished quarters in a casual hotel with an outdoor pool and a cafe, plus complimentary breakfast.
Staff were very amiable and welcoming, no doubt about their service — two thumbs up! However, the hallway air conditioning was turned off, which made the area feel uncomfortable. The restaurant also took quite some time to serve the food, though room service was A-OK. Some amenities, like laundry service, were unavailable. Hopefully, these will be made available soon, especially for guests staying for longer periods.
The food was really good. The room is updated. The sheets were a bit itchy. Startchy? Must be my allergies. The service was ok too. Kitchen staff was good to guests. The people and service of the concierge are excellent. We came in early so had breakfast, Spanish omelette. It was excellent. The cafe service however needs improvement. The room likewise needs improvement, we were booked facing the street so you can hear the vehicles passing by. The buffet breakfast was great, a good selection of soups, salads, breads and mains.
