Decent place. 1300 for a night. Big room, splitted AC, towels, bed, hot water, wifi.

Staff are friendly. We checked in at this building but were informed that were staying at the other building by the end of the street. There's no restaurants or stores nearby so make sure you got everything you need before checking in. Drinking water was not provided either. We got a studio room with kitchen. Hard to locate, unpaved, rough and narrow road. Very dark at night. Bring your own toiletries, towels and beddings. Its like for a bedspacer accommodation. Parking space is not secured.

Nice location peaceful and convenient Room was huge enough for a family of 5 super accomodating staff. Highly recommended for short stays like seminar or training.

Far from everything so you better have everything before you check in. But if you are just looking for a place to sleep over this is a nice place. This place is the cheapest we found within lucena. Room is huge. Not much parking space. And the road is rocky, Isnt paved.

May 2025 Well-sized studio for 2 for 1100p/night. A/C + Hot water & wifi incl. Shower pressure ok. No pressure in the bathroom sink. Had to use the kitchenette sink to brush teeth or wash face.
