Stellar Hotel

Very nice hotel, nice rooms and good service. Only problem I have was too booking, I didn't find in any application, no webpage and didn't get in contact through Facebook. I had to call my girlfriend that lives in Borongan so she go there and booking in frontdesk, I hope next time that I can find a room online because I really liked this hotel.

The night view is so pretty and the customer service is 10/10 staffs are responsive and respectful. Rooms smell great and the bathroom is legit nice. I like it. It's also kid friendly! The glass windows are safe. There are fast food restaurants nearby like Jollibee and Mang Insal! it's walking distance from the hotel too!

I don’t know why this is not a famous hotel here in Borongan. People should visit this hotel more. Its quiet. Comfy. Super cold. Staffs are super nice. They ask you what your bfast at night before. Unlimited hot water. Cups is at the ground floor. It is soo nice! Me and my hubby enjoyed our stay for 2days. If we didn’t pay other hotel for hotel hopping — I would stay here longer 😅 Thank you, Stellar Hotel! 🫶🏼

Rooms 8/10 with complimentary breakfast 8/10 Location very strategic — its in the heart of the city and everything is walkable 10/10

Here is a summary of my comments... Pros: -clean and orderly rooms with enough space -easily approachable and accommodating staff -variety of choices for breakfast (they even call you the day before to confirm which breakfast you'd like to have for the coming morning) -hallways are well-lit and not cramped -elevator! :) Cons: -weak cellular phone signal in many rooms, especially for Smart users -weak AND intermitten…

The best hotel in Borongan City. Everything is great in this hotel from the friendly staff, food, location and rooms. We are so glad that the owner of the hotel welcomed us when we arrived. We felt so special and at home in their hotel.
